  Maybe with all the drama, they've given up. Maybe someone's in the hospital or even dead. We don't know. But I do know that the only way to fight the spambloggers is to post.

  I'm new on here.I've only been on here for two days.But,I noticed that too.And since I don't or didn't know how to navigate through the site very well post are lost.I don't know where to look because all I've seen is ads.But,I think that people who are actually putting in an effort will find you.

  winter...know how ya feel, but yeah different things work for different people...guess you found your way not to get lost, lol, by stomping your feet and whatnot.  I decided I was gonna just jump in feet first and I started making comments and conversing back and forth before I even really got to know anybody.  One perk for me of being on here...I don't do that kind of stuff in real life...I'm overly cautious, shy and don't approach others easily...here I'm free to do as I please and share my opinions.  Has worked all right so far.  Good luck winters...hope to see you around more...maybe even some more pics from your lil one (I remember lookin' at that post and even commenting I believe).

  It took me a LONG time to get my foot in the door here.  I don't post a lot and don't usually have a lot of interesting stuff to say.  I think whatever recognition I have is because I've been here so long now (relatively speaking).
  
  The site has been going downhill lately, that's for sure.  The weird ad blogs and whatnot.  It used to be a bit more lively around here.  It's normal for people to come and go, but we have lost a couple of key members that really kept this site moving, and it has slowed down a lot.  And I think a lot of other people are feeling fed up with the spam and the nasty stuff we've been having.
  
  I am all for uncensored blogging, but to be honest I am starting to think we need a little censorship.  At least weed out the blogs that are all ads and no content, and give us the right to edit the tags given to our own posts.
  
  I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated too though.  I was just starting to get to know you!  But I do understand it, this is nowhere near the fun and interesting place it used to be...but maybe it will come back, we're not dead yet! :)
  
  The trick to attract people is to pick some of the bloggers you like and read and comment on their blogs a lot, form a relationship with them so that they will come and read your blogs, and the more views and comments you get, the higher up the list your blog will go and more people will see you and start reading you.  At least that's how it works in theory.  I don't do a lot of "random" reading anymore, but I still read almost everything from the "My users" page and I'm not the only one that does it that way, so the key is to make friends with people so they subscribe to you and see you in their "my users" page! :)

  i personally don't care if people read me or not. it's the last thing i notice. in fact when i get on the front page i **cringe**..so im totally not getting you're post. but each to their own. there are a LOT of attention whores on here and other sites too who seem to 'need' other people to notice them. i have never understood that? but i must be a weirdo!

  Yes I totally agree with your post but in everyone's defense there are a lot of blogs so it's hard to read them all. I have subscribed to you though and I plan on reading all your blogs. I've been kind of disillusioned with Soulcast lately too. No one comments on my blogs anymore. The people that used to care and you thought you could depend on are all the sudden too popular and cool to help you deal with your problems. Such is life. Guess I need to give back more than I have to receive. Goes both ways I guess. Anyways hope you stick around cause you seem like a cool person. *Peace
