  4. Fight or flight? Flight unless I need to stand and fight (like if someone tried to hurt my kids, or if my beliefs/integrity are being challenged)

I can get it out, which makes my husband jealous because his hands are too big to reach!  Usually though I grab a couple inches' worth at a time and use the little plastic lid as a plate to eat them off of.

When I was in 6th grade, I had just gotten diabetes and my mom was *terrified* about what to feed me.  She sent me to school EVERY SINGLE DAY of the 6th grade with a pb&j and I haven't been able to eat them since!  Maybe I could now, but I'm not interested in finding out!  But okay, when I am making some kind of sandwich I get the bread first, then the knife, then the spread.  Usually I do all my prep on the counter and get the plate last, which is silly, but hey.

Sing to myself or imagine I'm writing the alphabet in my head... anything really to focus my mind away from what I'm afraid of.  If I'm really scared I try to see each word of the song in my head as I say it.  If it's a scary movie I close my eyes!  If something in life is making me anxious I will start lining out a plan of attack so I feel like I can do something about it.

  1) I shake it, my hands are to stubby to go that deep

  2) No plate necessary for PBB&J  First i get out a bannanna then the bread then i slice and arange nanners on bread, then i get out the PB and then i grab a fork then i spread PB with fork then i get jelly and say "damnit i shoulda done the jelly first" bc my fork is dirty and jelly is easier to wipe off.  I wipe of the pb with whatever cloth or napkin next to me then i scooop out the jelly and mash it into the other slice with the fork then i put them together and devour.  : )

  3) if im afraid the firt thing i do is say the "our father" and im not afraid anymore.

  4) fight, i dont run very fast.  : P

  5)definitly C, i think people learn everything and are completly empty vessels at the beginning. 

  6) i love garlic anything! 

  7) Herbal essence hydration, smells like coconuts works great! my hair is so soft.

  I have to think long and hard before I give answers! I spent money on college not knowing that these would be the questions in life I would be looking at. Where do you come up with this stuff? This is so damn hard! Break it all down into one word, one simple question  for us. Yes or no would even be to difficult for me. This is a great posting. I'm just not a deep thinker!
