the last three days was not my typical weekend.

I had to come up with a different recipe from what I usually make for the burger business and this time it's for the A-quality burger patties. I created a new recipe saturday and made a few samples for this new customer who requested this type of burger.

I submitted the product samples in the afternoon and got a confirmation in the evening that they liked my product and wants to order bulk volumes every week.

I was shocked and elated to hear of this. I'll be rich in no time. The quantity that they first divulged to me is 50x my production output and that is really something i had not expected and was prepared to do.

My production capacity is not capable of producing such quantity. I've been scouting for a meat processing plant that will allow me to rent their facility for a few months while I'm setting up my own. It was roller coaster weekend.

I haven't found any meat processing plant that can solve my immediate need. But I haven't got anything concrete about that company either. I was beginning to think that it's all a big scam.

I was requesting for a copy of the contract first before having to agree on anything. I've been following up for the last three days and haven't got any thing done. The transaction was vague enough. I only know two people- first name only and one cellphone number. I've been asking for their company name but it's not answered in the messages they sent to me.

The last part that really had me doubting is the insistence on me paying for a document fee as replacement for the ones I won't be able to submit immediately. I'm lacking some legal papers and It's not done yet, and will have to wait until november, I told them about it and they come up with this protocol where they managed all private accounts. It's such an insignificant amount but I really don't get it why I have to pay. Plus I don't really know anything about that company.

Well, I have been sharing this to my ex bf now bf again, and he was as excited as I am at first. He's a seasoned entrepreneur and knows a lot about contracts and legal stuff. We've been discussing how I can manage to produce the bulk quantity of the requirement, while planning on setting up the meat processing plant of my own. It was a productive conversation, we got a lot things considered and quite ready to take it on.

Then I shared my doubt about the company and the fee that they are asking me to pay before we sign the contract. He told me to asked them to just deduct the payment to the downpayment that will be issued to me tomorrow, but they declined. They said it's not allowed.

And that If I go ahead and pay that amount, the transaction will go faster. I replied back that I respect their company's protocol regarding private accounts supplier and I'm willing to pay the amount that they said will be used for the documents, but I need to know and get some facts about the company first.

And there up to now, I haven't got any respond from them.

And I'm sensing that my bf is also getting tired of talking to me about it. It's like he's given up on it already, that he wants me to just leave it. Of course I also know that it's just the way I had interpreted his response to me the last two days that we haven't got draft copy of the contract, he is serious and just answer my questions straight and then cut the conversation by saying he have to go.

I'm not being naive or anything. It's just that It's also possible that it's not a scam after all. What if it's really the big break that I am waiting for. What if it's the offer that will make my burger business as big as genOSI Inc?

Well, I'm not gonna sign nor pay anything unless I have established the company's credibility. I'm still waiting for feedback regarding my request for company profile and draft copy of the contract.

From what happened, what's been created is a silent disagreement between the two of us. I'm not as enthusiastic to see him this thursday. that grumpy man. hmp.

I had consulted someone else to back me up in this endeavor if my bf won't. And he's interested and was offering his property to be used as the meat processing plant. Well, I don't have any concrete plan of action up to now, I'm still hanging on this trasaction but if it pushes through, I might as well consider his offer and create a partnership agreement with him. At least with him there won't be silent disagreements, we can discuss things easily and go on from that.

Well, there now that I have it all out I can think clearly.
