Okay, ladies, hugs from other ladies are wonderful. Their hugs say, “oh, you poor baby, I’m here for you when you need me.” And it’s just great to know another woman understands.

But a hug from a guy says, “I’m here for you always, it’s all going to be fine, if I can help it, I care about you, and I’m going to help you get through this.” And it’s so great to know that they may not understand, but they care.

Thank you to all the guys out there who have ever given me a hug when I needed it.
