I am in the middle of a nightmare. I am a happily married, middle class woman, with a wonderful husband, and a son who is a sophomore in high school in a decent school.

I am starting this blog as a place to share the events I'm living through right now with my son and school. I am an angry woman and I have things I want other Moms to know. I will try to post everything that has happened in the past month and a half and then keep up with how we progress (I'm hoping positively) from here.

This blog will be about teenagers, guns, knives, the internet, school, and mostly, about survival for Mom's. There are many resources about talking to your teens, but my story, well, my story is going to be graphically out there. If I can help even ONE Mom, or one dad, avoid what I'm going through with my beautiful only son (only child!), my work here will be done.

Please bear with me, as this will be painful to read at times.
