First Obama is ahead in the polls.

 

Then it's a dead heat.

 

Then McCain pulls slightly ahead.

 

Then Obama pulls ahead.

 

Will someone explain to me how that is possible? Is there a huge block of people who actually keep changing their minds, going back and forth from one to the other? Do undecideds keep deciding and then undeciding again?

 

Are a huge number of people who voted for Bush in 04 really going to vote for Obama in 08? Who are these pansies? Are they so weak-willed or lacking self-awareness that they're tools of the advertising industry?
