Have you ever tried to stop smoking? I tried several times and all of my efforts was a complete fiasco. About, ten years ago, I made another attempt at quitting that smelly little habit. "Did I say, a little habit?" Permit me, too correct myself. To eradicate the profound craving of nicotine is a humongous task. To conjure up the nerve to stop smoking is an ordeal in it self. There’s a prerequisite to stopping. As in starting a business, you’ll need a business plan. To stop smoking, you’ll that same type of strategy. In my many tries to stop, I discovered something very vital about quitting. I was smoking and drinking alcohol. What I discovered was, I could smoke with out drinking. But, when I drank I began to smoke more and more as a chain-smoker, I would smoke uncontrollably. It took me a while too realize, for me to quit smoking, I had to stop drinking. To eliminate alcohol from my diet was very easy to do, easier than I thought. Now, alcohol is gone out of my life. That left me with a concentrated commitment too relieve that drug addiction of nicotine from my body. That was produced and cultivated through smoking cigarettes. Three years later I hadn’t smoked a cigarette. Some people I knew went too an extreme to stop smoking, they purchased pills and patches too quit. I had to develop my own system to quit. I named it. "How To Stop Smoking Seven Days" Will my system work for you? "I don’t know." All I know is, it worked for me. Five years after I had quit. I went to a nightclub, it was fill with smoke, the smoke filled room didn’t affect me as much as observing two couple sitting at the bar smoking. They were two individuals couple. The man smoker was entertaining his friend and the lady smoker was talking to her friend. They both ignited their cigarettes simultaneously and began to inhale, they drew on their cigarettes for one minute, it seemed. I could see the tobacco and white paper incinerate 1 to 2 inches from the lighted end of their cigarettes. They both took deep inhalation and they swallowed down all that smoke, there wasn’t any smoke to seen for about thirty five or forty seconds, just as they begin talk, the smoke began to flow. Smoke came out of their mouths and noses, I’m almost certain I saw smoke come out of their ears. I was so fascinated with the way they smoked, I wanted to smoke again. I didn’t resume my smoking habit, I left the club and went back to my system. There’s a few things that need to be done before beginning the system. Most smokers! Think of smoking cigarettes as a reward, for doing and completing a task.. When you finish washing your dishes, you sit down and reward yourself with a cigarette. You reward yourself after you finish eating, and after or doing a defecate. These behavior patterns must cease. "The system" The first thing you do is set a date of a month you’re going too stop. On that day you’re to give your teeth and mouth a thorough cleaning, wash out all the taste of smoke and nicotine. Never run out of cigarettes, do not smoke your last cigarette in your pack and say I quit. It won’t work, you haven’t stopped, you’re just out of cigarettes. You can rid your body of nicotine craving in 40 hours, but, your mind will desire cigarettes for three years or more. You must forewarn the mind a change is about to happen. You start warning the mind by repeating an affirmation. "I have stopped smoking, I have stopped smoking." Writ these words down on paper at least ten times, and recite them in the morning and at night, just before bedtime.
On day two, you’re permitted to smoke 6 cigarettes, but, continue to recite your affirmation.
Day three, you may smoke 4 cigarettes, don’t forget to brush your teeth, and keep your mouth clean.
On day 4 and 5, smoke three cigarettes.
On day 6, smoke only one cigarette.
On the 7 day, you’re not allowed to smoke anything!
Do your affirmations keep your mouth clean and fresh, please, don’t cheat, do not reward yourself with a cigarette for doing household chores and after eating. Why would anyone subject themself, to such an ordeal to stop smoking? If you stop smoking in seven days, a little hardship is well worth the effort. The body must be disciplined, before the mind will comprehend.
You must take care of your body; without it where you going to live?
