The Happening, M. Night Shamalon's recent masterpiece is a must see.  An apocalyptic story that will leave you on the edge of your seat until the end.  I would rather not get into details because I think it would take away from the movie.  It is so much better to start a good movie with a clean slate.  So I'll be carefull.

 

The movie starring Marky Mark is based on a thing called The event, which should have been the title of the movie, and this event right out of the blue just happens and all hell breaks loose.  People stop what they are doing then attempt to die. 

 

The Happening is by no means fast moving, it has a slow excrutiating pace that keeps you pinned to your seat.  The ending starts your imagination rolling and makes you just stop and say "Oh my God."  There is serious gore in this movie but not the amount of a traditional horror flic.  I seriously recommend this flic, especially if you are a suspence/thriller/horror fan, it is well worth the time.
