Today started off great! I even snatched an extra 5 minutes just laying in bed. I went to be early and had a wonderful nights sleep. My local cable provider now has free fitness programs on demand. Which gave me an opportunity to try some AM Tai Chi. It was awesome! I felt my entire body become awake.
