randomly my friends mom called me yesterday. she works for a real estate agency. she working an open house, saw the house and loved it. she thought of me when she walked in. so she called me to tell me about it. it is literally ready to move in. amazing looking house. i wasnt looking just yet, but now i want this house! but im totally not prepared at all! ahhh! so i am going to go see a mortgage guy on friday! woah!
