I am from Africa and there is no Credit card or master card or American express in my country. that means I can't shop online, I can't have paypal acount, and generally I am restricted. I am bloging here on free sites because I can't buy my own domain name online. My question is Can I Buy any international Business card? where can I buy one and how? what is the requirment to have for example VISA card? I am really in need of this information. Please tell me.
