Mayor of Washington Indiana,

       I, (Not Shown), do hereby ask you to allow funding for an Anime Convention to take place. There are literally hundreds of Anime Fans in Indiana, possibly Thousands. I already have an idea of both, where to hold this event, and where those who Register might like to stay.

       A place for the registers to stay would possibly be Therroff’s Motel, Budget Inn, or more likely, Holiday Inn. The area this even could be held is the East Side Park, seeing as how you can rent out the small building.

       As well, I already have a name for the Anime Convention, and would like to call it Hitomanecon. Hitomane, translated is “Imitation”.

       All I ask from you is $300 USD, for funding. And if not $300, then $150 USD. The reason I ask for that is so that we may create and host a website, pay employees, and rent out the building at the East Side Park.
