The infamous October Surprise. That’s when the candidate who’s behind pulls some kind of stunning stunt in the last week of the campaign to turn the election around.
A great conspiracy theory is growing that TOS is now a routine element of the overall campaign strategy.
Keep in mind, these strategies have been in place a long time. Partnerships and alliances have been worked out long in advance between the few conspirators.
THE POLLS SWAY RADICALLY FOR McCAIN
Obama’s surprise: Joe Biden, bless his McCain-aged soul, has a “health” problem. Or a serious undisclosed family situation he must attend to. Whatever. THE POLLS SWAY RADICALLY FOR OBAMA
McCain’s surprise: GW Bush declares a national state of emergency. He declares a clear and present danger to all Americans and calls McCain to his side (Cheney mysteriously vanishes again. Ever notice how that happens from time to time?). Cheney has been kidnapped and beheaded by the Taliban (he’s actually retired most comfortably for the remainder of his life in the most beautiful regions of Costa Rica). McCain sworn in as Vice President, October 30. Bush, “shaken” by Cheney’s fate, resigns the duties of the presidency for the good of our country, making it clear that this is not an attempt to sway the election. The unfortunate timing of this tragedy makes John McCain the Chief Executive on November 1, 2008. President McCain defeats Senator Obama 2 to 1. Plan devised April, 2008. Perhaps it’s up to we, the overly-imaginative, to come up with these things first, preemptively. Sort of like a Bush Doctrine, only used against possible government conspiracies.
