hi! glad to see you. i was wondering.... yup, the pre-winter blues. i relate. the trees are getting pretty but the night air is chilly. changing of the seasons affects us more then we realize. huh....i'll miss my flowers and all. BUT in a few monthes i'll be planting my seeds. postive thought. *smile* i am going to build a hot bed so i can start somethings early. flower and seed catalogs are out ....it's not even christmas yet! lol.
they are working on the roof. bang bang boom boom. heck my papers i have been putting off for the bankrupcty are allll most ready. wow so much to do and copy.
i pick up pecans and buckeyes the other day. ones for cooking and the others for luck.*smile* pressed some leaves i gather. ohhhh and i went arrowhead hunting on the river....*smile* i found a 4 inch spear head. in perfect condition! doing the happy dance.... it was beautiful last weekend.
well besides working, eating and sleeping.... that's it for me. lol ohhh boo on old man winter! take care of yourself. again....nice to see you. ~see ya
Q1 - I am happy to see you and can relate to S A D (Seasonal Affectation Disorder) - but I have found that a really good UV Light (not sunlamp) does work wonders!

Sorry I mislabeled before - they are called "full spectrum" lights and if you just look it up on a search engine you will find many places which sell them. I have one right next to my computer desk and the first thing I do in the morning (after making a cup of coffee) is check my email with the light on for at least 20 minutes a day - most of the time I leave it on when I am at the desk.
My psychologist not only suggested one when I was in my darkest period last year, she actually got me one as a present...
