Assistance with removing false information

As a part of your terms of service you indicate "(2) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of every person identifiable in the Content to use their name and likeness, in order to permit inclusion and use of the Content as contemplated by the Service and this Agreement."  Someone is posting information that is false using my whole name.  They are then sending links to this false information to my co-workers and friends.  I am seeking your assistance in having this information removed since it violates your terms of service.  Please contact me.

    we thought about having our group remove the truth from the website but then a couple of them ran across this post and KNEW it had to be you.  Once we saw the comment "posting false information"  it simply pissed off the whole group.  Most of these women said, forget it. Harmon wants it both ways.  She wants to cheat with a married guy but isn't woman enough to take the heat when people find out the truth.  Don't you have anything to say for yourself or are you too arrogant and such a lying loser you hide in the bushes whining like a little dog?  Most people are proud of who they are with.  You?  You hide and sneak in the shadows with your MM.  This blog is about uncensored blogging.  We have been very careful to print ONLY THE TRUTH.  If we could not back up our blog and posting we would never post what we have.  You have been having an affair for several years with graber.  You know it and so do several people who you and graber work with. Why so upset?

If you can honestly post on your blog here......I have never cheated with Kenton Graber or anyother married man, we will apologize 1000 times over and remove all of our thoughts about women who cheat and men who cheat. Deal? Problem is....you cant or wont say this. You know nothing else but how to live a lie. You are not a real woman, you are a fraud. Real women keep their hands off married men.     Did you know we found out from multiple sources your MM graber date raped a woman and we heard he did not use a condom and unbeknownst to him she had been exposed to HIV?     I ran across this post this evening and felt compelled to offer some words of encouragement.  I sincerely trust you will accept my words for nothing else but a friendly gesture from one human being to another as you appear to be experiencing a little bit of hostility from other members of the human race. 
     
    I had really horrible things said to me or about me online and I spent loads of personal energy trying to get rid of it and demanding negative things be removed about me. I learned it is a waste of very precious time and energy. 
     
    You must strive to be confident in the people who are your friends and family. They know the real you and they are the ones who you should concern yourself with. Surround yourself in the love of close friends and family.  Don't allow the haters of the world to dictate your actions. 
     
    This blog is one of free expression and allows individuals to blow off steam. This is not fun if it is at your expense but, nevertheless, SC is an avenue to express what a person (or persons) is feeling or is passionate about.  Words can wound but only if you allow them to penetrate your armour.
     
    I offer to you a suggestion.  Don't allow youself to read or hear the negativity posted here. Even if whatever is said has truth weaved into it, do not allow yourself to be caught up in the circle of hate.  If a friend or co-worker mentions this information you are concerned about, tell them,  "I am not interested in hearing about it.  I am no longer filling my mind with such matters".  It will free your heart and ease your mind to reclaim control of how you choose to react.  How you react is up to you.  No one can control your mind, heart or decisions. 
     
    Even if everything ever said about you was or is true, know we all make serious mistakes in our lives and these mistakes are what allow us to grow and become the genuine, loving, experienced human beings who give back to others.  You are not your mistakes. You are not your past or present.  You are your future.  Grow toward your future.  Do not waste time on your past or on those who try to keep you there.  Blessings.  <3

It called a subpoena to the host server and the information that released? ip's , user names and passwords and all account info, and copies of post for that user. The intended use of information as noted on the subpoena is a civil action for slander and deflamtion of character. Can it be done... yes. Is it being done YES.... do not hink so???? Google it. One host server site just removed a entire website after providng the subpoenaed information. They did not want to be a defendant in the pending action so they offered to remove it and to provide all the information they had relating to the website and users. Craigslist is now having to furnish every user of the casual encouter and erotics sections whether you were a poster or just replying to a ad. So far 40 states have served them a subpoena and had this information released to their law enforcement agencies. thin this is cra just google craigslist subpoenas. I have more respect for this lady then for you low life wanta be men. you do not even have a set of mini balls that it takes to put your name with your post.     Graber should do all women a favor and put himself out of his misery. I agree. Children can be cruel. Maybe Graber should have thought about it before he had affairs repeatedly on his wife. Maybe he should have thought about it before he date raped two women. Where was the so called compassion when we watched my friend almost die from what Graber did to her. She gave him the benefit of the doubt for months until she finally relented to what we tried to tell her he had done. We almost lost her and yet he is supposed to have compassion shown to him?     Beth, are you a wanna be lawyer or something because I am one for the last 6 years and lawsuits don't work this way. You have to actually sue a person before subpeonas are issued in a civil case. Threats of suing are one thing but it is a complicated process of motions to be filed, depositions to be taken, etc. If the case is filed in a different state it is even more complicated. You are referring to Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law? You need to review what those really are. I will spare you the law class. One would have to file a civil suit for this to come into play and people don't sue over an affair unless it is divorce court, etc. You are throwing terms around you don't really understand. Also, the above poster is right. Libel and Slander are legitimate courses of action when the offense is about lies not the truth. It is a complicated and expensive process to sue for something so difficult to prove. Especially if the information being posted is true. Issues at hand are free speech, provided it is true and a host of other legal issues I will not go into here. If what these people are saying is a lie, you might have a case. If it is the truth, your friend has a problem. Truth is a powerful defense in a libel or slander case. If your friend really has not done any of the things posted here, then she should be upset. But if she is doing the actions posted here then she should hope it all dies down at some point and stop fueling the fire. It has been my experience with the Internet much of this goes away if the people who are posting it ignore it and go on with their lives. The other option is to get involved in a very lengthy, expensive lawsuit which sounds like could turn on your friend if she really is doing the things you say she is claiming as false. Tough all around I would say.

    I've read the barbs being thrown back and forth for months and I've never posted a response. There is loads of threads about this on here. I agree with uncensored blogging/freedom of speech. The other posters here are right. If the information being posted is true there is in fact no libel. I don't know the person named Ms. Harmon and I will not pass harsh judgment on someone I don't know but I do have an opinion. It is unfortunate her dishonest behavior with a married man, Kenton Graber, has hurt his family and children. She is the one who made the choice to involve herself with a man knowing he was married and had kids. No one forced her to have sex with this man. No one forced her to be the other woman. No one forced her to lie to people and sneak around with this man. Ms. Harmon made all those choices on her own. With our choices come consequences and it appears she is now seeing the consequences of her actions. People are finding out about her true morals. She was obviously okay with it when she was hiding in the shadows sneaking around with Kenton Graber and no one knew. Her real concern is people know she is not who she appears to be since she is now exposed as a woman who will have an affair with a married man. Hard pill to swallow. Unfortunate, but true. We all make mistakes but she continues to engage in this behavior so it is hard to show compassion for a woman who shows no morals when it comes to being involved with Kenton Graber. In her defense, I do not agree with the comments about her body. I think the posters are being very mean to put someone down for how they look. The comments are not libel, however. The comments are opinion and everyone is allowed to express those.

    I do know of Kenton Graber. Like you, Beth, I have first hand knowledge of these issues. I've never met Kenton Graber and I never want to but I've seen and heard what he is capable of and it is evil. He is a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Most of the posters on this subject don't know all of the story. They know bits and pieces or they work with Ms Harmon and Kenton Graber and think they are experts. They are not. This man did a really horrible thing to a woman many of us care deeply about. I will not betray her here and disclose every detail but it was bad. She is still dealing with the trauma and stress at times and the ramifications of what this evil man did. Three weeks ago she was admitted to the hospital for TIA's. These are precursors to strokes for those who do not know what a TIA is. She is very fragile and is struggling to stay healthy after dropping to 80 lbs and suffering all the ramifications which go along with such a dramatic loss of weight. She is working very hard to live a normal life and she gives the appearance she is happy. Those of us close to her know she is simply pushing away her pain so she can try to forget the ultimate betrayal a man can inflict on a woman. She has never returned to the woman I and her family knew prior to being sexually assaulted by Kenton Graber. All of you would have to hear each and every detail of what happened the night this man did this to understand. It is ugly and this man deserves no compassion. He will not find compassion from any of this woman's friends or family as they lived this trauma with her and are still living it. We can only hope Kenton Graber will one day answer for his actions toward her. You all don't know this woman either. We do and support her. In reality, the only people who really know what happens behind closed doors are the two people in the room at the time. The difference is Kenton Graber apparently has a life built on lies and deception. I have heard the facts and I know without a doubt this man raped my friend and he is building up more and more lies based on the facts I hear swirling around on this side.

    I will not be posting again as I do not want to add "fuel to the fire" but I thought it was important to say something in response to all the ugliness. The whole situation is sad and it is apparent Kenton Graber is out for revenge and using lies to cover up his actions against my friend. As someone else stated on here, his lies are numerous and we have seen the factual evidence of his secret life. She has smart people around her who are supporting her and taking care of her and love her. We tell her this as often as possible so she knows she is not alone. I love her like my own sister and I would do anything for her.

    I wish all of this would die down for her peace of mind. Some of you on here simply get off on the whole conflict piece and hostility it fosters. It appears you take out your anger online and I guess this is okay but you really are not accomplishing anything by posting this. If Ms Harmon has friends like I am a friend to the woman I reference here, they will support her even if she is having an affair with a married man. This is what true friends do. But if she is going to do this she should understand the public does ridicule and hold women like her in a lower opinion because she is doing something against the wife ultimately and against the children. This is the choice she has made for her life so she should be prepared for the consequences of her immoral behavior being exposed and not cry "foul" when people find out what she is really doing. You cannot have it both ways. You can for a time being but secrets come out and this one has.

    I will also like to add that I hope the hateful postings stop. It stirs up too much trauma for my friend. She made a choice to stop reading this exchange of words some time ago and I think she made a wise choice. There are enough of us who are close to her who read this and keep up on the newest chatter she has no reasons to keep living the trauma over and over.
