I know that SoulCast is a blogging website, and I know what blogging entails. In this case, it is Post, Tag, Post Comment, Tag.
This is all well and good. However there are times when I'd like simply to say hi to a fellow writer here. Unless I post a comment to one of their posts, it cannot be done. Yes, they can provide an email address, a screename on a messenger program, even a phone number. But on SoulCast, you cannot simply communicate a quick "hi", or "Welcome to SoulCast, my name is", or even "What does your name mean?" without it having to be a reply to a post.
I'm now going to post this on my blog with the Tag: Danj3ris Inbox. The only purpose for my posting this is to provide a post to which I can expect "messages", or comments that are meant more to be messages, than comments about my other posts. Yes, these messages wont be private. But they will be messages regardless.
I dont think it's that bad of an idea. Let's see how it works out.
August 19th Edit: I figure this post can also be used to reply to questions that are addressed to me, that may be of interest to more than one blog writer.
August 20th Edit: Some physical characteristics of me, so you can put a face to these words.
6 foot 200 pounds semi-muscular build, drk brown skin, drk brown straight hair, drk brown eyes. Small scar under my left nostril which sounds alot sexier than how I just described it, and I only say sexy because it has only been described as such. And then you already know about my voice.
