Must stop this thing with "trying to change things" posts all the time....
I "sound" like a bloody conspiracy theorist, hehe..

Yesterday Madonna  gave a concert  here in Greece. Wanted to go, but the ticket price was
way too much, not the money, the very idea of it.  Still, given her age, I don't think I'll ever get to see her... Anyway. Though I think "she's lost it" a bit with her beliefs, can't but admire that
woman!

What energy, what smartness, what pathos!!!  And I also happen to like her songs as well!
Grew up with them, teen years, danced  with them, fell in love listening to them..  Well, the gal
became a woman, always experimenting, even in the confines of popular music, Pop...
She's not Kate Bush, not by far, but she's Such fun to listen to!

I remember listening to  "Wake me up before you go-go",  by  Wham!.  I was with some cousins of mine, and remember telling them that this ridiculous band would never make it...
Sure....  What  a profound critic I was, haha!  Still, I grew up listening to them, Aha, Madonna,
U2, Genesis, Scorpions, Bananarama, Ultravox, Pretenders, Police, Sandra, Cindy Lauper,
Patti Smith, Bruce Springsteen, Bonnie Tyler,  Toto, Foreigner, etc etc... all too good and many to mention! And of course  BeeGees', Boney M, my most favorite ABBA, Kansas, etc...

Used to walk several miles from the bus stop home, listening to Wham!, with my amazing
"new" gizmo, my walkman, thinking of a girl back at school, that everyone wanted, and nobody dared tell her... Well, I did, hehe. ...

  Anyway, nostalgia... Hmmm
