Always loved fighter jets... They' re slick, fast, they fly! Their use though is not something I like. You have usually young pilots, indoctrinated in many ways, flying their "own flying X-boxes", shooting "targets"... earning "points" in the war against terror ism (my ass), or career points...

I'm not deluded, their use in the modern world is a bad necessity, though a very stupid and evil one... The pilots are forced (always?) to take orders, to go and eliminate "targets", with "acceptable" collateral damage, aka children... etc.. Acceptable for who???! I don't believe most pilots would even dream of targeting innocent people, especially kids! But it happens.
To describe the atrocities of war is not original, I've seen enough... My mind though can't stop thinking "what if?" ....

What if fighter jets were disarmed, and used as amusement?!!! Like the Nasa
Sr-71 (Rs-71 actually) Blackbird, a decommissioned(?) special spy jet. Imagine
getting into an F15, and being flown around, at breathtaking speeds, like a...
bird on steroids, haha! Or a Russian Mig-29, or whatever! Just imagine...
What if tanks were put in use, like salvage-rescue operations? And what if
the same applied to choppers? I may sound naive, but mil-spec vehicles are way more advanced than civilian ones (usually). The technology and money spent on them, would, and should(!), find a way to a better use. I mean most countries spend unimaginable amounts of money, for defence purposes. Even here in Greece, most of the annual budget goes to the military, since we have many "loving neighbors"... And they in their turn are "forced" to do the same.

None of us gains from it... only Generals, corporations, "people in power", and
so on... Not us, Not us...


Imagine all these unbelievable amounts of money spent on hospitals and schools, education and pensions, development, research, culture, you name it!!! "They" force us into constant conflict, using the "divide and rule" method, and harvest the crops... And as I always say, we too are to blame. But that is the way things are, and that is also the way things could Easily be!!!

Who wants war? Nobody? Who wants peace? Everybody! Simple as that.
I can't imagine any healthy teenager wanting to grow up and go and kill folks!
All teenagers want is a good life, a mate, their dreams come true. And so should most adults! Cause that's the natural thing to do! But in a society where freedom of thought, or love, or natural sex is something "evil"... people tend to mutate into "starved" in any possible way, neurotic beings!

So, is it So hard to just demand from Ourselves and -gently- others that we
are left in peace, free to pursue our goals, and free to stand by our rights?!!!
I'm not living in Utopia, but I aways say this, change starts from within...

And like a river, it gives life around it..... and with what force!

And water is Very powerful.....


So here I am, "talking" to myself, maybe even others, hoping, wishing for
a better world... can't help it, being an Aquarius!, hehe
