Don't start with ' E X E R C I S E ' because all day I work to the bones starting my day waking up for school, being inside school and going back all the way home. Sigh. My life is so predictable I wished it was something else. Gee. Well it ends this way. I hate myself.

    I dated a woman who was overweight. She was pretty upset about it sometimes. She wanted to exercise but because of her weight anyhting with jogging and basically bouncing up and down was out. She wanted to go swimming or cycling but after work she was always too tired to exercise. So she sat in front of the TV and snacked before cooking a meal and eating it and then eating ice cream in front of the TV after. In the time that I knew her she went from 150 lbs to 180 lbs and then to being too embarassed to tell me her weight. After we broke up she decided to take charge of her life and began exercising at last. She lost a lot of weight and felt better about herself.

    All I can say is, if you are overweight and you want to change there are two things you can do: exercise more or eat right. But doing neither will only leave you in the same body you despise.

    There is another option. Don't change. Accept yourself for how you look and enjoy doing what you like in life. Being happy with yourself will make you feel a heck of a lot better.
