As if there weren't enough reasons to be anxious and fearful of surgeries...now I had to read this article: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26874567/.  How crazy to think that you can go in for surgery and come out a million times worse off!  I just can't even imagine being put in that situation.  And what about the doctors and staff?  That must be a helpless feeling to see that take place!  But really, how do you NOT realize that someone is on fire????  This story was just too much for me.
