Could this starting have future in the creation of a book,,,.

I have pondered over many inane things in my lifetime and one that has really made me think is the interpretations of the law.

I believe the original idea was to create an environment where people could live in groups in safety and because these people knew right from wrong the laws did not need to be convoluted.

Because so many of the human animals are such weak self centred insignificant little things, these original laws have been added to on many occasions as the human hive has expanded.

This is all to the good, then along came other useless individuals, who not only wouldn't work but were still hungry for money and figured that their own sneaky little instincts could be transferred into money.

So the legal profession was born.

Now if you break the law you ask for help and so the interpretations of these laws fall into the hands of (in most cases) these people who have never done a thing to deserve their position other than agree with someone who earlier had no idea and so made a decision.

The average person still has the belief in right, wrong ,and fairness, so they are asked to sit on a panel as jurors, if by some perchance the accused is proven to be guilty but has a solicitor who needs a newer car there will be an appeal, probably on some technicality, and so it costs the taxpayer more money, the accused more money, and the legal person grows richer.

The public often complains about the sentence handed down and the excuse is, (“that's following the precedent').
