There is such irony to my life!  A guy I dated for a while before meeting my husband "came out" a few years ago, much to my surprise (though looking back I can see where there might have been a question of his sexual orientation).  So anyway, I found out recently that he is in a relationship and just adopted two little girls.  It's just so weird for me to put my mind around!  More power to him, I guess...and I'm glad he gets to be a dad.  He is good around kids, and it looks like he is really enjoying the experience.  Considering his parents were non-tolerant of other relatives in his family who were gay, I wonder how their relationship is with him!
