What's your favorite spaghetti sauce?

I am following a weird recipe for spaghetti sauce, that includes cream cheese and italian dressing!  I have never heard of adding either to a spaghetti sauce before...
 
I tasted some of the finished product, and it was tart.  Added some sugar and now it's great!  I would have figured tomato sauce, garlic, italian seasoning, onions, mushrooms, and parmesan cheese would have been just fine too. 
 
Anyone have a special way of making spaghetti that you can swear by??

    If you like your sauce classic style, add some old coffee or a few coffee crystals to it.  It adds a "smoky" taste that I like.

    Wow, that's different!  I wouldn't have thought to add coffee.
