Hint:  Pass this out at real estate offices.  They are always looking for people to do odd jobs for absentee land owners.  Give it to landlords too.  They will pay you to change locks on doors and install dead bolts rather frequently.  People who foreclose on properties will pay you to fix up the house to make it saleable.  This is a powerful business and there is as much work as there are busy people who have more important things to do.  Remember.  If free time were not more important to them than how much they get paid to work, they'd be at work all the time.  They will pay you more than they earn per hour to do the work they don't want to do.
