Feels like it's been a while since I've written a blog.  I've been really busy with my life, which is good, but haven't had a lot of time to really sit back and reflect on how it's all going.  More like "if I can just get to 'X' then I can rest" kind of thing.  Last week it was those horrible reports, last weekend it was back to back weddings, and this week I have to do the chores I blew off last week.  File marriage licenses with the county, get mini-boss organized for her big presentation, etc.

Some time this week I'd like to find some real "me" time.  I'm not even sure what that really means anymore, but it sound like something I used to enjoy.  I'd like to be able to sit and ponder the direction of my life and re-evaluate my short and long term goals.  In reality it's never that easy or uncomplicated, but I'd like to try to do that anyhow.

I need some help and suggestions though as to how to achieve this "me" time.  Please tell me how you find this mentally beneficial time.  What do you do?  When do you do it?

I like to use my "me time" meditating, walking or exercising - with the meditation, it seems my mind works better after it's had a brief rest.

Bubble baths are also good for vegging out and thinking.

    I hope you enjoy, U-I - Wishy

    I'm still looking for it.
Lately i call reading an hour before bed "me time".  i'm pretty sure that counts.  its not the most exciting thing in the world, but it helps me to relax!

WYWH - I'm gonna have to look into getting a meditation cushion and barricade myself in the bedroom for a few minutes of "zen".

SL - I love reading, but lately haven't found anything that has been a real page turner.

U-I  - Did u read Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert?  I loved it and I bet you would like it too - nonfiction, memoirs of the year she spent post-divorce travelling in Italy, India and, I think, Indonesia.

silver - thanks.  evenings for me are cook, clean, laundry, trash and collapse on the couch times, but who knows, maybe I'll skip some of that tonight so that I can "relax".

Like this word me time. When everyone has gone to sleep is a good me time for me.

Well uniquely-ironic being the "Huckleberry Finn" kinda guy I was as a kid copping out of school all the time hopping trains all over God's creation. I kinda feel like I used up most of my "me" time back in the day. I only wish I saved some for today. Busy, busy, busy but no regrets. When in times of need do what I do kick off my shoes, jump in the hot tub and just say F' it and relax.

skald - since Bill stays up to the wee hours of the morning I tend to do something like reading to give me some "me time".  It's a good thing.

CM - I was a huckleberry kid in the day as well!  Loved to roam the pastures and little wooded spots, wade in streams and catch bugs.  *sigh* wish I had more of that time back.

The people all over the world gamble once in a life. Nobody can deny the fact that he has gambled at least for once. There are many people who take gambling as their favorite pastime while others do nothing but gamble....
You do not really have to worry whether your ex is thinking about you or not. More than likely, your ex is actually thinking about you even when you don't make any effort....
