I just want to know why is there such strict rules in some countries. It is so strict here that I cant even open skype to communicate with my family back home.. I'm feeling home sick and need to talk to them and to phone them is ripping my budget apart.. I just feel like complaining and crying.. Its so strict that I cant even use the language that I want cause they just might be reading this....
