  I sort of get the first one ... pulling mussels ... but aside from the number, can't say I agree that this is what the Bryan Adams' song is all about.

  Bryan Adams said that is what his song is about. I heard the interview. The interviewer asked him point blank if that is what the song was about, since Bryan was too young to be in a romantic situation in 1969, and Bryan answered him, just as point blank, yes that's it.
