The weather had been hot here where I live in the past week, until... yesterday. Then it got gray and much cooler. By yesterday afternoon, however, it was sunny again with gorgeous blue skies, and I worked outside for a little while, enjoying the views. Last night I slept without the AC for the first time in weeks.

But today it was gray and cloudy and cool again, as if to say, "fall is here." It's all quite strange, and some people commented that it might rain. Where I live is not a place that's known for sudden changes in temperature, like in the Midwest. Hopefully this is a temporary spell of cool weather and things will go back to being sunny and warm. Otherwise, I'm going to have to invest in a new jacket or coat soon.
