During this election season, I've been focusing not on the policies of the candidates, but rather how the press coverage and the spin will effect the outcome of the election.

I predict this will be Obama's downfall;

He may not have meant to insult Sarah Palin, but he sure came off that way.  Especially after her side joke at the RNC about a hockey mom and a pitbull being the same except for the lipstick.

The other side is going to rip him apart from now 'til November!  Actually, I'd be willing to bet that Michelle is tearing him a new one right now!

You think not?

In the 2000 New York State Senate debate, the tide turned for Hillary Clinton, when Rick Lazio crossed the stage to wave a paper at her, asking that she sign a pledge to renounce the use of soft money in her campaign.

    Update;
    Hey DEMOCRATIC PARTY website, you might want to take down the picture of the pig with the lipstick, pearls, and glasses.
    It's not helping!

    well pickers, I do agree, but then also saw that stupid thing about sarah palin dolls and the great palin glasses!  OMG!  A sara palin doll with a gun... now how does that help her???  The press does play such an important part in this as they can sway a lot of people by their half truths.  I hate, hate this crap being thrown.  Why can't these adults act like adults and quit mud slinging... and start discussing what is wrong with our economy and how they are going to fix it!!! my 2 cents.  :/

    I think the press coverage this time around, is just awful!
    Somehow, they're picking up blogs and making them newsworthy, even though there are no facts to back up the blog in the first place.
    That really bugs me!
