First of all, let me state, that I have procured the secret to opening Junie's office door.

Never again shall you be forced to spend the day editing in the coffee shop, Darling! (1)

 

Last week, Walter (2) left his position (3) with B.B. Literary Enterprises, much to the dismay of eight or nine of the ladies also employed at this establishment.(4)

He will be returning to work on Monday morning (5), so please make him feel welcome. (6)

 

 

 

 

1. Junie loves coffee, as do I, so this may come as somewhat of a disappointment, but I have purchased a magnificent an espresso machine for the staff lounge!  So buck up, Junie dear!

 

2. I dislike him more than a K-Mart nightie!

 

3. As the practical joking Don Juan pig and maintenance man!

 

4. Yes, it seems that Walter was tooling around with more than his screwdriver!

 

5. I had to give him back his job in order to get Junie into her office, Ugh!

 

6. Yes, you can make him feel welcome to go jump in the East River!
