After reading SueJeff, and feeling relieved, i thought we old geezers should get together, connect and exchange stories of the joints that young bloggers will not understand, and generally root for each other........:-)

Retirement can be fun, as long as the beer still flow. hahaha!

Quidnunc, Thanks for the 'sympathy' hahah. Here is a joke in a comic strip I read this morning.. "Bringing Up Father, by Bill Kavanaugh and Hal Camp" Waiter: What's the most scary thing about Aging? Father: Being married to an old lady ! Don't flame me ladies, I just repeated the joke! :-)))))

Hey, my husband just turned 50- pretty scary on my end too!
• GMNIMan said on Aug 17, 2006....
Funny thing though, I still feel thirty..
• Susmaryosep said on Aug 17, 2006....
GmniMan, Me too, I feel about 40.......... And look 41 :-). Many of my friends say that I use Botox. ano ba? Bawal !!! Secretlife: another scary thing to keep in mind. If both spouses are of approx. the same age, at 60 onwards, the female portion will look like the mother of the male half ! that's why Botox is such a best seller .... hahahahha I am enjoying this!

I have anti aging product with me. So, let me know if you needs any? I can send it for you. It is an anti oxidant spray. Rich with mangosteen.
• Susmaryosep said on Aug 18, 2006....
Is that True? And it works? We can start a networking business as partners. My smooth face will make everyone believe I use it successfully.....hohohoho!.. Does it work too, if I just smear mangosteen fruit all over the face? malaysia has lots of mangosteen...... Wow, this blogging is making ideas 'meet'. Great!
• GMNIMan said on Aug 18, 2006....
Smear mangosteen on your face and you'll end up looking like a purple faced alien. That would make ||{1}|| happy!
• Susmaryosep said on Aug 18, 2006....
Not the skin, my friend, the fruit's juice, but hahahah, you got a great sense of humus, ooops humor :-))
• GMNIMan said on Aug 18, 2006....
Now I wonder whether eating the mangosteen fruit will make the inside of me young? When you feel young inside, you are young outside also. hmmm, when is the next mangosteen season due? Be warned though, eat too much mangosteen and you'll end up sitting on the smelly throne the whole day!!
• Susmaryosep said on Aug 19, 2006....
I must have done something horrible as I found that I have been prevented from posted in "pinkjelly beans", and there is no way to find out why? Strange? And I thought I was a model blogger! :-))
• varada said on Aug 26, 2006....
Happy 60+
• Susmaryosep said on Aug 26, 2006....
Thank you Varada!!!

Don't worry Susmaryosep, I was blocked by someone just a couple of days after joining Soulcast. Someone wrote a provocative 'blog' to stir things up and I put in my 2 cents worth and I guess he didn't like it.
Belated Happy 60.
Does Mangosteen really work?
• Susmaryosep said on Sep 10, 2006....
Hello Riverwalker,
I don't know if mangosteen works. It's reported by either Ayinkurie above! Why not you visit her blog and ask her? :-)) I use Botox! hahahahah, that's a joke!
Thanks for the nice words; sometimes an honest opinion can get you into all sorts of situations.I am now attracting some vitriol from a Muslim... Well, that's life

By the way, the way you write seems to me you are South East Asian and Chinese? Just curious.... :-)))))

We sailed on with Happy Hearts汉语在

Richard Deets

The Harbor wind's song played on in our hearts
As we bobbed in our baby dinghy in the blue bay.
All sea sun long we sailed on with happy hearts.

Sporadic clouds peeled shadows off dockhand carts:
We thrilled in trills of gulls and terns above the bay.
The harbor wind's song played on in our hearts.

Cool breezes blew our dinghy to coves across the charts;
We sifted winded sails, sipped wine all winsome day.

All sea sun long we sailed on with happy hearts.

The sun tumbled: we tacked for clubs past marts

And feasted on mariners' tales of a bygone day.

The harbor wind's song played on in our hearts.

We reveled in rhythmic peals of mast slapping halyardswww.
And lapping ripples mooring mirrored lights in the bay.
All misted moon long we sailed on with happy hearts.

We were skippers of our dinghy, sporting our parts.
Tack port! No, starboard! Buoy, port side bow! Oy vey!
The harbor wind's song played on in our hearts;
All sea sun long we sailed on with happy hearts.
