I think I would be chocolate mousse.
It doesn't look flashy -- on the outside it's very plain. But when you take a bite and you feel that glorious creamy smooth texture and allow the chocolatey sweetness to caress your tastebuds... Oh my. It's something very special. Yes, I think I would be chocolate mousse.
