Should government administration have holiday? They should be running 24/7!! No excuses in summer!! Country is a non-stop living community, damn it.

Bureaucracy defends the status qou long past the qou has lost its status. Bureaucracy works on the septic tank principle the biggest chunks will inevitably drift to the top. But when a politician tells you she has the answer to your problems you of course have two problems.
