So I went to that doctor appointment I mentioned previously.  Here's the highlights.

Blood Pressure:  120/80

Weight:  Gained it, am going to go on weight watchers so I can get a grasp of the regimen I need to have, as I haven't got enough will power to do it alone and don't have enough support at home even after asking for it.

Sleep:  Going to begin taking melatonin to get myself on a regulated sleep schedule.  New bedtime, 10:30pm is when I should be fast asleep.

Exercise:  I'm going to continue walking my dog, except I'm going to bump it up to doing so daily.  I'll continue taking the long way around or walking if it's within a short enough distance.

Stress:  I got the number to a place where my husband and I can possibly go through marriage counseling...as it has come up that most of my stress is due to our not getting along properly.  Also I need to learn some new ways to deal with the stress.

Those are the highlights pretty much.  Woooo....what excitement huh?

Title might not be medically accurate, but its the jyst. Emilia ended up with a few complications after the c-section. Hemotomin, Hemotosis, Hemoglobin? Something like that. It all has to do with a blood ball under her sutures from the incision......
