i'm looking forward to thursday night, when the giants play the redskins to kick off this football season. as some of you know, i'm a bit of a giants fan (go, big blue!) and i'm still riding a little high from the superbowl. :D
what are your concerns re: your team this season?
me, i'm curious how the double loss of both michael strahan (to retirement) and osi umenyiora (injury) affect the giants' pass rush, on which their defense is based. justin tuck is looking good as a replacement for strahan but the other side i'm not so sure.
i'm hoping kevin boss proves to be a reliable threat, now that shockey's in new orleans, a town that probably suits his tastes better.
and i can't help wondering how plaxico burress's play will be affected by his injury this season: he did well last year.

It's been football central here for the past couple weeks, what with mrMimi's participation (understatement) in fantasy football. I can talk about football on a semi-knowledgeable level -- I've learned a lot by osmosis -- but really, I mostly ignore what's going on. Except I do know that the Browns are going to win the Superbowl this year. :p -

Daily.....I am so out of it that last day my office had a Jersey day to celebrate the start of the football season. I walked in the room and i realized something was wrong: so i asked , why all these jerseys today? Did you people email each other to coordinate your outifts?
