  I get all the same spam too, except I also get breast enlargement offers too :-P And while I do possess that body part, I have no desire to enlarge them! No man boobs for me, thank you very much. But apparently spammers assume everyone out there has tiny boobs and small penises that can't get erect (due to all the Cialis and Viagra offers too). Most of the time I never even look at that crap before I delete it. But sometimes it's funny because it's clearly not written by someone who speaks English...

  I spoke too soon Ed - I have gotten so many Penis Enlargement and Med Emails this weekend that I was a bit flabbergasted.  How did my email become so spam-worthy?
