WOW!  When someone as far left as Bill Maher has to make fun of you for how biased you are, YOU KNOW YOU MUST BE FRICKIN' BIASED!  MSNBC is so far down in the Kool Aid tank that they have just completely lost respect from even their own people.  Truly disgraceful.  People can say what they want about Fox.  With CBS, CNN, ABC, NBC/CNBC/MSNBC leaning left, the latter being the furthest left, isn't it fair that conservatives get one TV venue to voice their opinions in a way that is not skewed by leftist media bias?  But that is beside the point.  While CBS, CNN, ABC and FOX still report HARD NEWS, NBC/CNBC/and especially MSNBC are sooooooooooo far in the tank that they've lost the ability to report HARD NEWS.  They cannot be trusted.  They are bad news for even the liberals as Maher points out, and they should be shut down for failure to live up to journalistic standards.
