this morning i took this video camera for a road test.
even before i could hit the road, the road hit me.
so much for tests.
i mean, spiders all over the shack by the road.
spinning their webs.
each one busy unto themselves.
i snuck under one feisty spider under the eave of the shack.
then remembered my mission.
video camera. must grade it. must write a recomm.
if road test not feasible, how about a shack test? a spider web test.
here itty bitty spider. go a bit lower into my depth of field.
fucking cam doesnt have focal depth controls.
i flick on the web to urge the itty bitty spider to move down.
the web is too flimsy. it breaks.
and the little punk drops to the grass,
now hidden from view.
fucking little spider wont cooperate with the video test.
you wont make it to cannes, you fucking shitty wannabe filmmaker.
meanwhile, little spider makes it back to the ground post.
clambers up the post, back to the eave.
it starts to rain.
spider rebuilds its web.
i go back to the house.
mission accomplished.
fucking video cam has crappy depth of field.
streaming video no good.
streaming cerebro better.
