You know me. When I get down, I don't stay that way for long. There goes Infernal, shaking it off. Getting up and moving along like nothing happened.
But the truth is, I really don't have any more strength than anyone else. Sometimes when someone shoves me to my knees, it's hard to find the silver lining and jump right back into the chaos. My spirit flags and my soul gets weary. I do it anyway, but what you don't always see is that it's with borrowed strength, often from the person who loves me most even when I'm not all that lovable.

Infernal - thank God, there is a flip side, and you have enough spiritual insight to recognize the blessings in being able to turn things around and be grateful for the contrast.I love that Josh Grobin song. It reminds me of my dad - one of my favorite people ever. I'm glad you have someone who can raise you up. -

I'm glad you have someone to borrow that strength from when you need it. Sometimes it is hard to get back up again though. And you're only human. I hope that whatever is bothering you gets better soon.

I can't imagine you not being lovable, even when you're down and out. But the person who loves you most doesn't mind offering a little of their strength, I'm sure. After all, you give it right back when they need it too right? -
