HARE today and gone tomorrow. A Dog is for a lifetime not just for Christmas. Freed pet turtles or tortises will DIE in the wild. Animals release in wrong environment can caused great change in the eco system of other species.

You have read in the new - this man who for no reason find pure joy in abusing kittens in our local Singapore paper not too long ago. This is not his first attempt. If it not for the help of a cat lover in that area, this man will continue to conduct these acts and get away with it.

How animals are treated is one indicator that tells the world the views it's citizen. Cultures and tradition aside - (will discuss tat in another time) there are practices that i am sure you read and know of that requires a common citizen to speak out and bring an awareness to the situations.

It is not just the job for the SPCA or just animal lover - I think if you witness any form of animal abuse, it should be your job also to report them.

Thanks for reading the blog, I welcome your views.

Hi Tulip, I can see you are an animal lover. Agree with you that any form of abuse should be reported although I am known to be one who reports on child abuse.

The guy who abused the kitten was recently sentenced if I remember correctly - he is intellectually disabled (ID). Now it's a case of two evils. He being ID, may not be aware nor does he understand his action. Is the sentence therefore fair? Yet, his action is brutal. Can a win win solution be reached?

Couldn't resist, lmao....
He's got me up all hours of the night...
Yay! I managed a Saturday post, and a Sunday post ... even if one was really early, and one really late ... it still counts a little, right?...
Who thought it could be so simple?...
Oh, it feels like I haven't been here in ages, but yet it was only something like 24 hours-ish. That's a sign of addiction, right? Lol....
