yanno what really is bothering me today?
why is it that..well first let me say that this is nothing new..everyone has thought this i know..but why is it so hard to get decnt healthcare? why?
my dad has worked his entire life and just because he is blessed enough to own his own business but unfortunate enough to be diabetic he cant get coverage? wwhat is up with that? he sat inan ER yesterdya for 12 hours...12 flippin hours to be told I dont know whats wrong you need to follow up with your dr tomorrow..WT heck...cmon now lets get real..I am so mad right now this is AMERICA for goodne3ss sakes alive!!

    coverage for self employed is cost prohibitive.  I've been there done that.
     
    Has he considered going to a clinic?  The ER really isn't capable of giving consistent care, and diabetes is something that needs to be followed closely.
