(I don't know who you are reading this, but let me explain how secret hearings work- We will call you detainee1 me and the rest of soulcast bloggers get together and in secret determine you are guilty and label you an enemy combatant this way you lose any rights you may have had granted you by the courts- we don't have to tell you why or even have talked to you, and the public does not know what has taken place because it is a secret hearing or trial, and I haven't heard yet but I would be willing to bet there will be a gag order placed on all involved which will even prevent the lawyers and anyone else involved from even talking about the proceedings would you think you had had a trial? No probably not, but as the government will say yes they have met all the requirements of the courts-This is not how the American justice system was intended to work-SIGN MY PETITIONS before this type trial becomes common place.
