As a certain friend pointed out to me via email the other day, I've been rather quiet around here lately.
I am reading though, and trying to stay caught up on everyone's lives. I just don't always have time to comment. Like kruu -- I'm glad you're back, and I've been reading your entries with great interest.
We closed on our first house ever (yay) on Friday. This weekend has been a blur of painting and packing, with a lot more to come this week. We have to be out of our apartment by the end of the month, and were supposed to close on the 15th. So now we're really rushing to get it all done!
I'm 16 weeks along in this pregnancy (almost 17), and everything seems fine. On the 9th, I'll [hopefully] know what we're having, so that's something to look forward to.
Between the house and the kids and everything, I've been running around like a headless chicken. I'll be glad when things settle down (although as soon as they do, we're planning a housewarming and then starting the hunt for the perfect puppy -- German shepherd or golden retriever).
Anyway, so that's my life these days. :)

Just saying hi since I already knew all of this :-P But I'm really looking forward to the 9th so you can find out if it's a boy or a girl! And I say get the golden retriever puppy. I think that's a better dog for kids. But maybe I'm biased because German Shepherds scare me.
