Delhi-based realtor Amrapali group is set to enter South India with a series of new projects in Kochi, Mysore and Chennai.
It has also announced a residential-cum-commercial project in Kochi near Aluva, where the company has purchased two acres of land near the bypass. The Rs 200-crore project will be a world-class marvel in luxury and grandeur.
The company is also looking at a 5-star hotel project in Kerala considering the tourism potential of the state, according to Anil Kumar Sharma, CMD.
