How can this really be a controversy? If this game is all about the fans and playing safely then why are we even debating it?
Are higher hitting stats better for the game than the opportunity for a small child in a box seat to be stabbed by a flying wooden object? Not in my book.It costs more to pay off a losing lawsuit for a dead relative than it does to switch bats back to Ash.
I see no reason for this being a bargaining issue among players and owners.
