If you go on BJ Penn's website or if you have BJ Penn listed as one of your Myspace buddies, you can watch him getting stuck in a Marriott elevator in Minnesota. He looks scared, too. Him and his buddies. And some of these guys think they know what they're doing, and they pry the doors open, the stupids, making the situation worse. So not only is the elevator stuck, but now the doors are broken too.

In the followup video, they actually get out of the elevator. Then BJ Penn starts talking about how he and Georges St. Pierre are the two greatest fighters in the world today, and how GSP's prior victory over him means nothing because all he did was a few meaningless takedowns. Then BJ says that anyone who thought Roger Huerta would beat Kenny Florian don't know anything because Kenny is better at MMA than Huerta, and after BJ beats GSP he will go back down to lightweight and defend against Kenny.

Wrapping up BJ's followup video about the elevator incident, BJ demonstrates how to defend yourself against a guillotine choke on the street. You wrap your opposite arm around the guy's shoulder and back, which is exactly what the Gracies show to do in their videos. BJ adds a few more little touches to Gracie Jiu Jitsu 101 but it is all very simple. He's a good teacher, easy to understand, keeps it all simple like it should be. You put your left hand here, you put your right hand here, you move your left foot here, and presto, you're winning. Reminds me of all the old Gracie videos. Like teaching you chess. Put your knight here, put your queen there, and you win.
