I'm being poached ! oh how terrible to be head hunted, how awful to be sought after in such a way!
He wants me to head up the main office doing marketing, manage the transport (obviously because I do that already) manage the photography of guests and generally make the place look good!
He said point blank he will not stop hassling me until I say yes, he is willing to pay me to keep me on side in the busienss, anything at all I want he will give to me if I am loyal to his business... he wants me on the team.
There are five properties, all different all a part of the bigger business they are all set for corporate events, a five stay experience of the area. Beach, rainforest, old volcano, cattle muster and rodeo shows. My job will be to talk the talk and get business in, manage the day to day transport of all guests including catering - which is outsourced to another company, be the front person for the main office in town.
Dress? Sexy jeans, shirt, hat and boots! casual and country yay! so he's going back to do his homework and in the next week while I am on holidays he will organise something, call me and then it will be all stations go! the first event is set for a month or so from this week.
All in all I said what I wanted, what I need and what I'd like he said yes to all of it. Including the flexibility to do work with hubby on our own film projects.. in his own words.
