This tie rod wrench is used for adjusting  tie rods  on vehicles with rack and pinion steering and works on most spline, hex, and two flat design tie rods. One tie rod wrench accommodates nine sizes. The tool's spring-loaded upper jaw pivots to accommodate tie rods  Steering Tie Rod  ranging in size from 10mm-18mm and is self adjusting.
