A Canadian entrepreneur, Angelica Wagner operates a one person company called Miracle Works, Inc. claiming to be an expert in sales and marketing, multimedia and a teacher of real estate investing.
The most interesting thing when I was asked to invest in one of her real estate deals is that Angelica Wagner did not know how to present a financial pro forma and asked for help in ‘how to tie up the property and would pay me to instruct her how an option worked’. That was very concerning as the lack of ability to lock up a deal and present the return on investment caused me to investigate further whether this person really know any thing about real estate investing.
A past legal court case found involving Angelica Wagner suing best-selling author of Secrets of the Millionaire Mind , T. Harv Eker, caused further concern. Angelica Wagner was a former student of Eker’s course “Millionaire Mind Intensive”.
The Los Angeles Federal Judge not only dismissed all the claims made by Angelica Wagner, but the defending attorney, Richard H. Zaitlen said “We are gratified that the court agreed with all of our arguments and essentially threw out the plaintiff’s multi-million dollar claims with a finding that they were without merit. This ends a saga that lasted for years with a plaintiff who essentially stalked our client in the guise of a lawsuit,”.
“What’s interesting was that the plaintiff, Angelica Wagner, was one of Harv’s students,” Zaitlen said. “But rather than use the concepts of the Millionaire Mind to develop her own business, she acted in bad faith to sue the person who taught her for hundreds of millions of dollars.”
