Man---Am I OLD!...

It seems to me a woman of 57 yrs of age should be able to get around and do a few things during the day without being EXHAUSTED!
 
My sister called early this morning and invited us to breakfast.  So, we went to breakfast.  I stopped into the store to pick up a few items afterwards, and then I went home and decided to color my hair and set it in rollers.
 
I didn't think I was going to get thru it, without falling flat on the bed.
But.....I got er done, and now I  am resting!
 
Man.-----am I exhausted!
Man---Am I old!....

    CBL.....My favorite quote of late is "Old age isnt for the timid".  That said, you've got a long way to go yet.  I'm writing you off as just having had one of those days.  You're no where near old!

    Oh goodness, You are older but not old. (I have years on you.) Some days we do have less energy but still, it is a good time in life, isn't it? One serious thought though, have you been checked for diabetes?

    Botoni----I blamed it on the age, but the fact is everyone ages differently!  With my health issues, it adds to my years, thanks for responding.

    No. your not old ,  not at all. Sometimes we have so much to do and especially at this age. Don't worry.
